Users must agree to these Terms of Use to download, access, or use ParkPilot. Non-compliance means the user should not use the app.

• • ParkPilot is not directed to children under 13
• • Users must be at least 13 years old to use the service

• • Free Trial: 16-hour free trial beginning with first recommendation request
• • After Trial: Continued access requires ParkPilot Pro subscription
• • Pricing: Varies by region, shown in app at time of purchase
• • Billing: Handled through Apple ID account
• • Auto-renewal: Automatic unless canceled 24 hours before billing period end
• • Cancellation: Available via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iPhone; takes effect at end of current billing period
• • Refunds: Processed by Apple through "Report a Problem"
• • Pro Access Requirements: Valid active subscription through Apple's purchase system and verification process

Users may not:

• • Reverse engineer or decompile the app's source code
• • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app
• • Bypass or circumvent trial/subscription verification systems
• • Interfere with app operation or other users' access

• • Relies on live and historical data that may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate
• • Features and recommendation quality may change without notice
• • Service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time without notice

• • Recommendations are guides only
• • No guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or availability
• • Provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties
• • ParkPilot is independent and not affiliated with Disney or any park operator

ParkPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill.

Access may be suspended or terminated if terms are violated, service is abused, or subscription controls are circumvented.

Governed by New York State law; disputes resolved in New York courts.

Terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
